A company specialized in IT Business solutions is looking to hire a Network engineer

A network Engineer is primarily responsible for the operation and maintenance of the station’s local area network (LAN). This includes desktops, servers, cabling, hubs, switches, bridges and routers. A thorough understanding of LAN/WAN integration, VPN, TCP/IP, switching and routing is essential.

A network engineer ensures that the performance and availability of the server and network infrastructure is maintained to the highest standard with maximum levels of productivity and efficiency. You will be responsible for installing new systems and the ongoing administration and support of those systems. This includes choosing the hardware and software to meet an organizations IT needs as well as managing the rolling out of new equipment and systems, and ensuring that corrective and preventative measures are performed on existing equipment and systems.

Required Skills

• Bachelor degree in Networking or equivalent / OR equivalent experience in a related field.
