Duties:
- Programs, Networks design, database architecture plan , IT security, evaluation and planning. IT quality assurance and Business analysis.
- Strategic and tactical planning.
- Good knowledge of ITIL discipline to implement of all of the ITIL components.
- Good preparation and writing of annual and quarterly reports. 
- Analyze IT requirements with companies and gives independent and objective advice on the use of IT.
- Provide specialist support and back up to professionals within clients companies
- Advice on strategic planning and operational efficiency.
- Design, develop and test new systems.
- Train staff in new system.

Educational and experience:
- Master degree in it & telecommunication or equivalent electrical or electronics field AND
- Minimum 25 years experience in planning it fields ; AND
- Any valid certificates to prove the candidate skills.
