1- Civil/Architectural Engineer.

2- Good command of English.

3- 3 years experience as a project manager.

4- Skilled with project planning software such as (MS project) would be preferred.

5- Structural design software awareness (Sap 2000 or STAAD Pro).

6- Experience in projects cost estimates, budgeting and cost control
