· The Call Center Specialist must Very good command in MS Windows & Office applications

· The Call Center Specialist must obtained Bachelor degree or equivalent experience

· The Call Center Specialist is working during the following work conditions:

1-Working hours from Sunday through Thursday from 8:00 am till 5:00pm

2- Ability to work in shifts basis (Morning / Night)
