Our business is a world class tourism destination where people come from all over the globe. The destination brings together a diverse range of customs and culture covering music, dance, arts and handicrafts, theatre, costumes and cuisine of differrent countries.

Working as part of our reception team here you will work on our main reception desk and be the first point of contact for all visitors to the building. Needless to say, this is a very important position within our business.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Providing exceptional customer service to customers of our destination
- Welcoming visitors with friendliness / answer and deal with all calls professionally / book taxis for visitors / channel and answer all enquiries appropriately
- Responsible for all incoming and outgoing mails and the prompt collection and delivery

Skills
Due to the nature of this role, you will be able to demonstrate Arabic and English communication skills. You will have minimum one year experience in a similar role. Your customer service skills will be exceptional and you will enjoy interacting with people and effectively dealing with queries, issues and requests as they arise. You will have strong administrative skills and a passion to work in a team focused environment!
