• Oversee activities directly related to making products and providing services. • Handling the day to day F&B;operations. • Surveys, reviews and analyzes market trends, customer needs and comments in order to be proactive and adapt with business intelligence. • Manages the operations of the boat in order to maximize profitability and to ensure superior guest service and product quality. • Develops, recommends, and manages Blue Nile boat’s annual/long term operations, sales and marketing, revenue, expense and profit goals to meet / exceed owner and corporate management expectations • Increases revenue by close monitoring of unit terms performance. • Interacts in a positive way with all team members to ensure a luxury guest experience • Manages staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties. • Manages performance issues that arise within the management team • Sets the standard operating procedure and check that all the team members comply with that procedure. • Monitors and improves customer and staff satisfaction levels at outlet level to increase retention. |
