Job Description:
- Explain, educate and demonstrate company offerings and products
- Take part in the development / implementation of solution pilots and/or proof of concepts.
- Help customers meet their technology and business requirements using company products, solutions and services.
- Proactively scope the technical solution required to address customer requirements and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the company.
- Coordinate closely with internal sales, sales support, and service resources to align solution design with customers’ business requirements.
- Meet assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines, market areas, channel, or teams supported.
- Work diligently with the customer technical teams (architects, developers, PMOs and C level experts) to ensure the success of all customer POCs and pilots.
- Present the company, its capabilities and technology in a highly professional and exciting way that would engage customers and help them see the business impact of company offering while overcoming challenges and at times, competition.
Required Skills and Experiences:
- 3-5 years of experience in pre-sales engineering for enterprise software
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience in software and/or a technologically relevant field
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Problem solver and works well under pressure
- Quick to learn, think and execute
- Organized, self-aware, engaging
- Language written and spoken fluency (English and French is a plus)
