1 - STORE MANAGER
Duties & Responsibilities: To maximize store contribution by proactively driving sales, reducing stock loss & managing controllable costs. To motivate & develop team members and ensure store complies with all company regulations & procedures.
• Ensure communication is effective throughout store & back to Brand team.
• Implement & review all stock loss prevention controls. Implement processes specific to store product/size/ location.
• Manage a team including; in store training, recruitment (where applicable), motivation, coaching, development, disciplinary & performance appraisals.
• Ensure store is fully compliant administratively & procedurally according to company policies & procedures guidelines & deadlines.
• Maximize sales & ensure customer focus is prioritized at all times.
• Weekly /daily analysis of commercial reports & implementation of action plans where necessary.
• Manage manpower planning according to needs of the Business.

Qualifications
• Female
• 3 – 5 years of experience.
• High School Diploma.
• English and Arabic.

Salary Details
• Total Package 5750 AED – 7000 AED
2 - SALES ASSOSIATE
Duties & Responsibilities To assist customers in finding what they are looking for in the store, ensuring provision of a high level of customer service and closing the sale.
• Greeting customers at the store and assisting them in finding what they need/want.
• Keeping active and up-to-date relevant knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies and security practices.
• Maintaining pertinent records related to sales.
• Watching for and identifying security risks, thefts and knowing how to prevent or handle such situations.
• Recommending, selecting and helping locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires.
• Describing merchandise and explaining its use/operation to customers.
• Placing special orders or calling other stores to find the desired items.
• Cleaning shelves, counters, and tables in Department/Store.
• Exchanging merchandise for customers and accepting returns.
• Helping customers try on or fitting merchandise.
• Conducting inventory of stock and requisitioning new stock as needed.
• Preparing merchandise for sale.
• Preparing customer products delivery form.

Qualifications
• Female.
• 20 + years old.
• High School diploma.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in managing and troubleshooting in-store cash operations, matured by working for large retailers.
• English and Arabic.

Salary Details
• Total Package 2500 AED – 3000 AED
