We’re a Dynamic and Innovative Recruitment Agency currently on the hunt for an Executive Recruiter to join our team.
The Executive Recruiter will manage our overall recruitment strategy. The Executive Recruiter is responsible for headhunting and recommending candidates for permanent or temporary positions with client companies.
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the recruitment process delivery.
- Fully capable of managing the recruitment cycle independently - sourcing, screening and interviewing to recommendation of candidates.
- Sourcing & Headhunting talent in the region and from outside of the GCC.
- Able to manage of small team of recruitment professionals.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should be qualified with a degree in HR or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of proven success in a “headhunting” environment.
Candidates must be available in Bahrain, and Arabic speakers will be given priority.
