Job Summary:
Working & Developing the compensation & Benefits system of the company based on Hay methodology.
Summary of Duties & Responsibilities:
• Conducting the monthly payroll process
• Developing & upgrading the grading system of the company
• Working on salary administration sheet
• Handling all employees salary queries
• Preparing the total benefits plan of the company
• Responsible for evaluating any new positions based on Hay methodology
Qualifications:
• B.SC degree
• Alexandria is place of residence
• 1 year experience is preferred
• HR certificate is preferred
