•Tasks & responsibilities:
1.1-Systems Support
•Provides first-line support (for Head Office/Branch/Field systems), including software/hardware .
•Is the single point of contact with internal Support (Head Office or Branch Manager) .
•Respond to user error messages and requests .
•Provides entries for logbook of issues/solutions
2.2- Architecture Control
•Is responsible for identifying change requirements with Distributor IT Manager .
•ports small projects on Head Office or branch level that are managed by local IT Manager .
•Helps in recommending solutions and opportunity areas
