A well-established company is looking for Financial Manager as per stated below job description:
1- Bookkeeping and Prepare financial statement (Annually, quarterly) to be reviewed from chartered accountant side.
2- Responsible of all banks transaction, bank reconciliation.
3- Supervision of accounting department team, purchasing department, inventory department and setup all financial reports related to company’s running projects.
4- Preparation of cash flow statement.
5- Follow up the cash accounts, liquidity, and the cash flow.
6- Adjusting monthly transactions, preparing balance sheet, monthly reports, financial or regulatory reports required for management analysis.
7- Follow up with sales representative, review proforma invoice to meet client’s requirement.
8- Assure the matching between purchasing order, invoices and suppliers accounts as well.
The best candidate must have the follow:
• Graduated from faculty of commerce- accounting department, CMA is preferred.
• 5 years of experience with at least 2-3 years in contracting field.
• Good computer skills and Microsoft office.
• Ability of working under pressure and in a team.
• Ability to train accounting team.
• Expert in Quick books software.
• Good command of verbal and written English skills.
• Age not exceed 40 years old.
• Being aware of taxation, social insurance, labor Egyptian laws.
