IT Specialist

Job duties:
-Assist company’s Information System Analyst with handling daily issues
-Provide technical support to users
-Basic troubleshooting of operating systems, computer hardware, applications (software and peripherals, etc.)
-Provides basic instruction to all users as necessary regarding the use of various pieces of equipment or company deployed software packages
-Performs IT equipment moves, repairs, and remote assistant requests
-Over-see daily performance of network computer systems- internet, phone, etc.
-Handling performance issues in a Windows environment; networking, systems, application deployments.
-Support and maintain corporate network computer systems and networks
-Performs additional duties as required
