IT technical support with the following responsibilities:
Installing company software products
Provide training to clients in the use of system and applications
Installing & Configuring computer systems
Installing & Configuring networks
Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving software faults.
Logs calls and takes appropriate action to ensure a satisfactory response with acceptable time frames for the client
Keeps customer log updated
Job Requirements
Good experience in network installation and configuration.
Good experience in implementation, administration and troubleshooting.
Experienced in Microsoft operating systems.
Ability to follow manuals and read complicated instructions
Good communication skills
Fast Learner
English and Arabic are required
Organized and loyal.
