• Technical information manager
• Reporting to company Chairman
• To improve the efficiency of technical services and capabilities
• To maximize the number of service contracts and its revenue
• To be the source and reference of technical information for all products and services for sales and technical teams
• To provide complete bilingual documentation for each process and products
• To prepare a reference list for all sources of technical information needed for all products and processes
• To supervise customer support team “installations and troubleshooting”
• To provide technical training materials and simulators
• To provide presentations for marketing purposes “features”
• To provide weekly report on technical activities and next week plan
• To prepare a department budget with all required tools and employees
• To coordinate with management of other departments for the best of company interest and performance
• To comply with company and international standards
