A real estate development company is looking for an admin assistant with the following responsibilities:
• Assistant to the Finance and Admin. Manager
• HR matters
o Social Insurance official matters
o Attendance log
o Personnel notifications
o Medical insurance
• Reception and telephone operator
• Office petty cash handling
• Drivers’ movements coordination
The ideal candidate should be:
• A female in he 20s or early 30s
• Holder of a college degree
• Good English language skills
• Good Arabic and English typing skills
• Computer and Microsoft Office applications literacy
• Two years of related experience
