2- develop and implement plans for corrective actions and preventive measures.
3- develop and implement plans for continuous improvemnt of the activities of quality.
4- coordination with various departments in the company to create and implement the quality system required level.
5- issuance of quality assurance and follow up amendments
6- implement the ISO system in the factory in terms of technical and administrative
7- analysis of customer complaints and take corrective action
8- analyzing the results of internal audits and submission to the manager
9- prepare reports on applications of ISO
