Required for a large company “Senior Quality Assurance Engineer”

Job description:

* Responsible for applying process improvement methodologies to develop and improve organizational existing processes
* Coordinating the transfer of new processes and practices.
* Organizing, leading and facilitating business process improvement within the organization.
* Documenting processes and procedures as required to satisfy CMMI needs
* Continuously improving QA receiving inspection process and procedures Perform audits for the assigned projects and identify non-conformities
Job Qualification:

* 3+ years of experience
* Excellent knowledge of the software engineering lifecycle
* Basics of project management concepts
* Involved in pre-appraisal and appraisal of CMMI Level 3 or higher
