Financial / Investment lead (Code: VCON E 005)

Job description:
- Maximize the market value and return on investment, calculating business risks exposure, monitoring the delivery of business plan targets.
- Develop, recommend and implement a funding and business investment strategy for the Ventures that will provide it with the necessary financial resources.
- Participate actively in all major commercial transactions and negotiations.
- Perform Business Planning and Financial Control.
- Ensure a precise and correct financial and operational reporting including forecasts to both internal and external parties
- Setup and monitor Internal Controls & Authorization rules within the venture.
- Manage all accounting activities including set-up of information structure and implementation of procedures.
- Develop and maintain business plans and feasibility studies
- Advise on strategic development of different ventures and design/ execute different engagement models

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 8 years post–qualification experience in telecommunications
- Preferably with min 3 years in-house experience in one or more mobile companies
