Job Description:
- Designs and organizes market surveys and analyze customer brand awareness, preferences, message / advertising recall, convictions and behaviors as they pertain to the organization’s image and marketing effectiveness.
- Designs and conducts customer research activities including qualitative (regarding the opinions and the behavior of target customers) and quantitative approaches.
- Provides executive and complete summaries of findings to product development group to determine new product and service concept viability and design requirements.
- Tracks competitor marketing activities and collects data to identify current industry trends and pricing to that of organization.
- Analysis and compiles research information into a database of customer segmentation profiles which will provide the company the ability to effectively target promotions and new services.
- Works closely with Tariff and marketing Analyze specialist to develop models and forecasts of new and existing service usage and revenue to management on an ongoing basis.
- Maintains market intelligence database using secondary data and information. Examines, analysis and compiles statistical data. Provides Product Development Group, Advertising and Media group and Marketing Director information on a timely basis with briefs on the competitive and industry market place on a weekly basis.
- Work closely with Marketing and Customer Care to construct outgoing customer satisfaction surveys, collecting and analyzing information on a monthly basis.
Qualifications:
- A minimum 3-5 years experience in market research
- Good knowledge and understanding of database creation and analysis methodologies
- Experience of spreadsheets and other analytical tools
- Knowledge of Services Marketing
