Job Description:
- Responsible for managing and supervising the employees in the department,
- Managing the recruitment process and finding a qualified calibers based on a settled plan.
- Responsible for supervising and evaluating the training process
- Managing issues related to the payroll
- Maintaining employees’ records with their insurance records and other programs offered to the employees
Job Requirements:
-Minimum 5 years experience
-Bachelor degree of Business Administration
-Takes the initiative
-Change oriented , Coaching & Mentoring
-Excellent command in English.
-This position requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
