Vendor coordinator

Job type: full time.
Job requirements:-
- Managing the procurement, out-sourcing and recruitment process, coordinating with the business development managers to meet their coverage hiring objectives., supervising the construction of a new database of resources to handle projects.
- Reporting to the vendor management manager, giving monthly reports of resource numbers, available language combinations, and the best rates to maintain to attract new customers.
- Supporting project managers by managing the cross-cultural negotiations with vendors regarding rates, to keep work within specified budgets.
- Managing the localization quality tests by assigning qualified teams to handle the 3 or 4 phases of the QA tests, observing the vendor’s performance and communicating with them to maintain their loyalty and commitment to the company.
- Monitoring the achieved developments through the vendor database to ensure a fast, quality service for company customers.
