Responsible for all Easy2Connect ADSL installations, Maintenance and Technical Solutions
Job Duties:
Responsible for Easy2Connect IT Support
Follow up activation cycle for all pending installation accounts
Handling new technical appointments for technicians in a daily basis
Follow up activation cycle with partners and customers
Handling customers’ technical problems by phone or face to face
Support monthly customers’ technical problems
Direct communication with corporate support team in order to solve customer’s problems
Full support with all possibility for technical team
Any other requests required from direct manager
Working conditions:
- Works most of the time in the office, installing ADSL and technical support for customers
- Managing reporting and office work time effectively.
