... • Formulating editorial policy; planning, coordinating and directing editorial activities
• Managing an editorial team, establishing production schedules, solving publication problems
• Overseeing lead stories for each issue
• Providing guidance and mentoring to the editorial team
• Marketing for the publication
• Planning and supervising key events
Qualifications needed:

• Graduate of mass communication
• Experience in magazine publishing
• High organizational and management skills
• Excellent command of English language
• Team leader
• Creative, confident and fun character
• Courses in self help is a plus
