-Building permanent long-term relationship with customers. -Assuring Product Approvals & Company vendor listing. . -Following up using periodical reports with direct manager -Disseminating product information through handing out product materials -Handling and analyzing customer complains -Recording all aggregated information in CRM database. *Job Summary: Performs a wide variety of customer-centric activities and promote the sale of organizations products or services. Maintains customer experiences that drive satisfaction, loyalty, trust and long-term relationship. Sometimes directs and trains less experienced marketing employees.
