Key Tasks:
 Should take round of the premises on the daily basis for inspection of the Facility.
 Make sure the buildings are maintained as per standard.
 Make sure Residence And Visitors are Using The Compound Facilities In the Proper Way.
 Focus on saving energy and keep the record on monthly basis
 Cleaning of all Facility particularly the Commercial area, Public area.
 Make sure there is no harassment for the families. And if noted, inform the security immediately.
 Assist lost children and inform security to help to find the family.
 Provide any medical services in emergency cases.
 Report immediately to Compound Manager of any serious issue.
 Keep Monitoring the services provider company.
 Make sure the parking areas is controlled .
 Meeting with Compound Manager on a regular basis to ensure smooth running of business.
