Job Title: Sales Account Manager Job Field: Sales (IT) call center equipments Job Description: 1. Identify prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing clients, participating in organizations and clubs, and attending trade shows and conferences. 2. Answer customers’ questions about products, prices, and product uses. 3. Recommend products to customers, based on customers’ needs and interests. 4. Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain product features, and solicit orders. 5. Make presentations on tools & services to groups to attract new clients. 6. Estimate or quote prices, contract terms, and delivery dates. 7. Evaluate costs and revenue of agreements to determine continued profitability 8. Direct clients to Client Relationship Department after sales or contract signings in order to provide ongoing support. 9. Provide customers with product samples and catalogs. 10. Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors’ products, prices, and sales. 11. Coordinate with other departments. |
