Job description: Supervision of the customer service agent in answering all the customers inquiries regarding the products also their complains whether over the phone or face to face, to be committed to the sales department system, the managerial and the financial system and implementing the sales strategies to reach the maximum targeted sales level through offering the company’s products and services to the customers using the company’s facilities.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in related field
• 3-5 years practical experience (preferred in security solution; alarm system, firefighting systems
• Very good command of English Language (read, write, speak).
• Has Creative thinking skills Good decision maker, can work under stress.
• Has High Leadership, communications and presentation skills.
• Problem solving and conflict management skills.
