• 3+ years experience in C++ software development.
• Strong coding skills.
• Experience with UML or similar object-oriented notation.
• Strong understanding of Computer Science fundamentals.
• Ability to influence and drive quality across the team and disciplines.
• Ability to work well independently as well as in a team setup working with many peoples throughout the division.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, develop, and document software applications or modules.
• Software development, enhancement and modification.
• Software maintenance and support.
• Participate in product strategy including feature design, platform and technology decisions.
• Contribute to system architecture and design decisions.
• Work with customers to determine requirements.
• Accept and document client requests for improvements to applications.
• Distribute and coordinate work between members of the development team.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to other members of the development team.
• Review, test & document application functionality, bugs, issues and changes.
• Analyze, evaluate and modify client data using database tools provided.
• Develop and execute manual and automated testing.
• Work on the software development life cycle (SDLC).
