Job Description:
1. Make sure that supervisors must also maintain the showroom according to the company layout, or plan-o-gram, which will change from time to time.
2. Advise and oversee a team of sales representatives, and be available to assist any sales representative who may need help.
3. Delegates the daily tasks to the available sales representatives and office boys schedules the breaks and lunches for the staff.
4. Make sure that all sales reps are performing their jobs correctly and must take disciplinary action if they refuse.
5. In charge of training all new hires as well as training the entire staff when new products or procedures come out.
6. Be available to assist customers as they come into the showroom.
7. Be able to process sales as well as provide customer service to customers who have already purchased.
8. Responsible of the inventory shortage and the stocks.
Skills:
1. 4-year undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university.
2. 7 years of previous showroom management experience is a must.
3. Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills.
4. Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
5. Ability to communicate clearly both in person and over other methods of contact (telephone, email, etc.)
6. Very good leadership skills.
7. Good communication and presentation skills.
8. Good analytical & troubleshooting skills.
9. Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
