• Provide start-up and commissioning at customer site
• Test and repair of instruments at customer site.
• Execute regular maintenance contracts.
• Perform functional confirmation, test and repair at customer site as required by service or maintenance contract
• Provide start-up, operating and maintenance training for customer.
• Provides management with regular reports of his visits/calls.
• Provide customers with telephone support for start-up or trouble shooting
• Coordinates service effort with service management, accounting, logistics and sales groups to secure expedition of job conclusion and payment collection.
• Provide start-up and commissioning in trade shows and conventions.
• Other duties as assigned by the Service Manager.
