Summary:
Responsible for monitoring and evaluating the work of the Regional Units for Dual System (RUDSs) all over the country in order to unify the work mechanism among them upon specific criteria and standards.
Duties and responsibilities:
Get the knowledge and the concept of the Dual System (DS) education and all its procedures.
Build a strong network with all the RUDSs
Develop the criteria and the standards of measuring the quality
Assure the quality of the in-company training through the RUDSs based on the defined criteria.
Monitor and evaluate the DS process on the ground using the M/E tools (e.g. fieldwork visits phone calls, emails, fax, and questionnaires ….etc.)
Coordinate establishing new occupations
Coordinate and cooperate with MOE and any relevant body concerning any activities that related to DS like:
-Establish new RUDS or occupation -The testing system -Solving training problems
Coordinate and cooperate with Component 4 in EPP “Employment Promotion Program” with GIZ concerning any activities related to the component’s core, the training needs to raise and build the RUDSs capacities
Work on solving problems that might occur in the RUDSs
Report to the GM monthly M/E reports
Cooperate with the development advisor in NCHRD to design new activities for the RUDSs
Cooperate with the labor market specialist concerning assessment, questionnaires, statistics, opening new RUDS ….etc.
Cooperate with the IT specialist in updating the data base of the RUDSs
Cooperate with the Career Guidance Specialist in delivering the CG service in the RUDSs
Cooperate with NCHRD team in project proposals writing for any donor
Cooperate with NCHRD team in a harmonized way to fulfill any relevant tasks
