About the Job
• Lead the design and planning of architecture to support goals of the project.
• Analyze application requirements and generate engineering functional specifications.
• Design, implement, and support Android and other mobile software solutions.
• Implement software development tasks that include enhancement of existing solutions and/or Adding new features.
• Hands on working for Java and/or Android rich experience in a professional environment.
• Source code control understanding (experience with Subversion and Eclipse preferred).
• A passion for mobile device technologies, especially Android.
• Experience with the Android SDK is highly desirable.
• Object Oriented Analysis and Design skills.
• Software code review and maintenance.
• Apply unit testing for implemented features.
• Support multiple Android platforms and multiple Android devices with varied form factors.
• Ability to supervise, mentor and coach junior software engineers.
• Excellent knowledge and working experience of Databases: MS SQL Server, MySQL.
• Assist development teams in activities such as troubleshooting and performance tuning.
Job Requirements
• Excellent programming ability in Java and/or Android
• Good knowledge of Qt framework
• Solid knowledge in object oriented design and design patterns
• Relational databases and SQL
