- Working Hours: 8 (female) / 9 (male) hours shift (between 2 pm to 2 am, based on schedule)
- Job status: permanent – full time
- Social & Medical insurance
- Location: New Maadi
The role will perform the following tasks:
- Provide all needed help to existing customers (calls* & emails).
- Answering clients inquires and helping them using our services
- Over looking production process of services provided by the company
- Overlooking /follow up on third party providers
Required Skills
- Fluency of the spoken & written English
- Strong customer service skills
- Work under pressure
- Multi tasking
Required qualifications:
Degree: Any Bachelor’s Degree
Nationality: Must be Egyptian
Military status: Finished or Exempted
