• Ability to do multi-tasking to manage all the work related activities such as planning, directing, supervision, and co-ordination of various activities involved in the job of sales and marketing.
• Good management skills in order to have better management of the day-to-day work related activities.
• Proper control of the staff to get the work done to meet the weekly and monthly targets assigned by the reporting authority.
• Ability to make cold calls and sales calls on appointment with the concern head of the sales department of the potential customer
