Inventory Controller

Finished Goods Inventory, Direct Materials Inventory, Spare Part, Work in Process “including
rework”)
• To ensure control over actual valuations relating to inventory
movements.
• Identify and implement process improvements for accurate
reporting / recording of inventory transactions.
• To ensure stock valuation and accounting records are maintained
for Finance/Audit inputs.
• Supervise & review periodic Stock Counts, execute and maintain
records of stock adjustments (Write off, damage, etc.,) and ensure
these are in accordance with the local policy.
• To ensure Control and Review Inventory aging report.
• Review and calculate inventory ratios.
• To ensure proper FIFO implementation across all WHs and all other
exceptions as per the customer specification.
• To ensure Control and Review the destruction processes and
documents for accuracy.
• To ensure Control, Review and provision for Stock damages, expiry
and obsolescence risk.
• Ensure and sign off the reconciliations of inventory ledgers to the
GL ERP system monthly.
• Participating in inventory budget preparation
