Job Description:
- Provide both HR-specific and general administrative and secretarial support.
- Assist in the recruitment process
- File employee-related documents
- Answer department telephones, relay messages and distribute information to employees
- Provide direct support to executives by scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Editing documents and presentations, entering and updating employee information into company databases
- Assist in planning company events.
Job Qualification:
- Female Gender is a must.
- English language is a Must spoken & written.
- Graduation certificate from acknowledge University.
- Minimum 1 year of Experience in Human resources or administrative.
- Familiarity with business software such as Microsoft Office
- A high level of confidentiality
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong administration skills
- The ability to work accurately, with attention to detail
- The ability to work as part of a team
