Qualifications and skills:
****Must****
- An understanding of core internet technologies - DHCP, DNS, mail transport, TCP/IP and network file systems
- Telecom knowledge including VOIP / SIP, mobile (GSM) technologies, PRI, PBX, Asterisk, Elastix, and FreePBX
- Help Desk / Technical support experience
- Microsoft experience and certifications (Windows Server/Active Directory/File sharing/Print Service)
****Preferred****
- Web servers, Apache, Cpanel, SQL and different online hosting solutions and features experience (Highly Preferred)
- CISCO experience and certifications
- Service Delivery and Service Level Management experience
- ITIL, PMP and Prince2 certifications
- Open source, free source and alternative to commercial solutions knowledge
