Job description: • Monitor compliance with health and fire regulations regarding food preparation and serving, and building maintenance in dining facilities. • Monitor food preparation methods, portion sizes, and garnishing and presentation of food to ensure that food is prepared and presented in an acceptable manner. • Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations. • Coordinate assignments of cooking personnel to ensure economical use of food and timely preparation. • Keeps his eyes on a lot of elements: food standards, costs, safety, etc. • A leader to distribute tasks and maintain stability, rallying the team during heavy shifts, resolving conflicts and getting the job done. • Manages costs, pricing, creating work schedules and more. • Communicates standards and cooking methods to staff, gives orders and speak with customers clearly. • Proactive, team leader, decision maker, and active listener • Minimum 5-7 years of operational management experience |
