-Answers all incoming telephone calls, determine purpose of caller, and forward to appropriate personnel or department.
-Welcomes on-site visitors, determining nature of business and announce visitors to appropriate personnel or escort them to meeting facility.
-Supports other departments as needed
-Works under immediate supervision.
-Excellent customer service and bright, energetic personality
-Computer literacy with MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
-Excellent written and oral communication skills. Excellent command in english is a must.
-Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
-High school diploma (min) Associates preferred
