Duties and Tasks:
• HR policies & procedures
• Plan & monitor annual Human Resources budge
• organizational structure & Job Description
• recruitment strategy and process
• development and training of personnel
• Performance appraisal
• Wages, salaries and payroll
• Cooperate with labor and social insurance office
• Administrative tasks
Qualifications:
• Business administration degree
• Min 10 years’ experience in Human Resource field preferably in the real estate, Construction or engineering field.
• Excellent command of English language
• Strong Experience about current Labor law
• MBA is a plus
