Role and responsibilities
This role is to analyze new applications and change requests and generate new solutions for the company ideas
• Identify stakeholders to categorize whether primary or secondary.
• Profiling and analyzing the stakeholders.
• Analyze and design high level business process.
• Planning the business process to schedule tasks activities; estimate effort and time.
• Gathering requirements to deliver URS-User Requirement Specification.
• Change current process and propose the solution for the customer.
• Gap Analysis between current solution and the desired solution.
• Generate test scenario.
• Integration testing scenario.
• Take approval from CCB meetings for customer changes.
• Research for solutions, competitors and tools for achieving competitive edge.
• Research and prepare statistical and analytical reports using different data collection technique.
• Design detailed solution (Wire Frame) leads to generate SRS including (use case, DFD-Data Flow Diagram, Business Rules and layout).
• Compare between the company products and the competitors’.
• Elicitation Analysis (requirements planning by: enterprise analysis and stakeholder’s analysis)-(requirement engineering by: requirements generation and requirements validation) then conduct meetings to verify requirements.
• Conduct Elicitation Analysis to gather the requirements planning by analyze enterprise and define the stakeholders.
• Analyze stakeholder’s needs, as well as requirement engineering, by generate requirements documents and validate it using conducting customer meetings.
• Review product before the customer receives UAT- User Acceptance Test to ensure complying with SRS.
• Documents, develops role analysis and activity diagrams, and perform job-specific roles mapping for business processes to design responsibility matrix plan.
• Assist Development Team Leader (ERD-Entity Relationship Diagram)
Skills
- From 1 to 3 years of experience.
- Bachelor of Computer Science
