Recruitment Consultant - Engineering

Are you an experienced Technical Recruiter/ Engineering Recruiter who has a broad base of recruitment skills within the white collar/ maintenance/ manufacturing/ blue collar engineering sector sourcing candidates for engineering clients? The successful Recruitment Consultant will ideally have experience in the following key areas:

Managing the full recruitment lifecycle

Maintenance/ Engineering/ Technical recruitment

Permanent/ Interim recruitment

Candidate attraction/ generation

Search & selection techniques

Advert writing skills

Vacancy Generation/ Business Development ability

Developing business with new clients over the phone, mails, etc.

Attending business meetings with new and existing clients

Maintaining working relationships with existing clients and identifying opportunities for further business

Liaising with clients and candidates

Manage fee & rate negotiations

Workload prioritisation and diary management

Your Qualifications:

You have a university degree or equivalent.

You have sound experience in business development and sales

You have also gained 1 - 3 years experience in a recruitment agency with a previous experience within the engineering and technical recruitment

You must be fluent in English, French and German language skills are an asset

You are definitely a hunter, business-oriented and focused on success

Confident and articulate phone manner, with previous experience on the phone

You are a pragmatic person who is able to design sustainable strategies without loosing sight of short-term results

You are ambitious, competitive and eager to further develop your career, but nevertheless you are a team player

You are open-minded, willing to work in a multicultural environment and ready to adapt to new paradigms
