For immediate hiring: Application Support

A digital marketing company located in Maadi is looking to hire an Application Support
Job responsibilities:
• Providing application configuration and maintenance.
• Delivering support to existing business users and investigating and resolving application errors.
•Receive and log requests, investigate problems and other requests for support and determines appropriate actions to take.
• Monitor progress of requests for support and ensure users and other interested parties are kept informed.
• Provide correct responses to requests for users.
•Note problems and identify performance trends, take corrective action to improve performance and to avoid problems arising.
Knowledge & experience:
Application systems, experience of recording and solving application support issues from customers, prioritizing requests, implementing and communicating timely solutions,.
- Familiar with Microsoft Windows , familiar with general IT infrastructure (hardware, databases, operating systems, local area networks etc.).
Interpersonal Skills:
Analytical thinking, attention to details, well developed and problem solving capabilities, customer focus, communicating effectively by word of mouth and in writing. Strong time management responsibility, good communication and interpersonal skills .
Gender: Male.
Salary: 1500-2000 EGP.
Working hours: 8 hours.
Days off: Fridays + Saturdays.
Years of experience: 1 year .
