• Carry out the implementation of plans and programs and periodic preventive maintenance of all plant equipment from mechanical point of view.
• To determine the causes of failures of equipment and propose appropriate solutions and raise the necessary reports to the direct manager.
• Pace of reform with non-stop production process and the preparation of the necessary maintenance.
• To maintain the unused production equipment and carry out instructions that determines it.
• Work to repair any mechanical breakdowns and Forklift and keep them in good and proper condition and equipment to deal with a good and correct manner.
• Reporting requirements for spare parts for the machines, equipment and coordination with the procurement department in the provision of mechanical parts and place them on a regular basis to ensure their presence in stores appropriately.
• Follow up the implementation of equipment maintenance contracts within the plant and ensure its implementation by peaceful means.
• Do to address repeated failures on an ongoing basis and is diagnosed and analyzed to determine the cause of failures and propose appropriate solutions and implemented corrective steps to reduce the frequency of breakdowns.
• Comply with the rules and approved technical assets.
• Maintenance work for all the existing machinery periodically.
