Commercial Manager

Role Objective: To make sure our commercial operations run smoothly and provide insight into our commercial operations
Key Operational Responsibilities:
 Create, develop and continually improve the commercial management functions within the business
 Coordinate and draft contracts, amendments, agreements, proposals terms and conditions and other contract documents
 Review all company contracts and agreements and be responsible for making sure we can meet our contractual obligations
 Be responsible for our finance department, planning and updating our cash flow
 Be responsible for commercial interactions with clients – issuing and collecting invoices, explaining charges, run related discussions with clients and so on.
 Lead our accountant(s) in their daily jobs
 Be responsible for tracking and analysis of company sales, projects, revenues and costs
 Initiate and lead company cost control activities
 Work closely with General Manager and other staff to create company plans and forecasts
 Track, monitor and improve financial performance of all projects and contracts
 Develop and maintain close relationships with key stakeholders

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Educational Background and Experience:
 Bachelor’s Degree
 5+ years of related work experience
 Experience or observation of commercial operations
 Contracts preparation and negotiation
 Knowledge and experience about basics of finance and accounting, contracts
 Strong MS Office (Excel, Word, Power point) skills
