Auto-CAD engineer

• Job Description:
1. Working as survey team leader, lead team to work in field, managing available resources, training and improving current resources efficiency, recruiting new resources if necessary;
2. Align with rollout project leaders about monthly, annual survey tasks quantity, and make plan accordingly to achieve the targets and SLA;
3. Responsible for reports, analysis, gaps identification;
4. Cooperate and support other departments if necessary;
• Job Specification:
1. Telecom communication education background is mandatory;
2. More than 1 year survey work experience is required;
3. Auto-CAD experience is mandatory;
4. Good written and oral English;
5. Communication skills and leadership;
6. Huawei telecom equipment work experience is preferred;
7. Capable to work under pressure;
8. Team spirit and good at learning;
