Assist Head of Hygiene & Food safety for achieving department objective -
Coordinate regarding implement direct hygiene and safety activities
Carry out close monitoring of all areas in the unit and report to the Head of Hygiene & Food Safety for further action to be implemented
Make investigation with received complaints with co-ordination with concerned section.
Collection of food samples, routine temperature checks, routine portion control checks and routine bacteriological cleanliness checks.
Assist Head of Hygiene & Food Safety to Preparing daily, weekly, Monthly / Yearly Hygiene & Food Safety reports.
Periodically review all the Hygiene & Food Safety records for all Section.
Monitor new hire training / refresher training / supervisory training for all food handlers as per the training schedule. Organizes and programs of training and follow up training for food handling and cleaning staff as well as monitoring performance of quality control staff.
Monitor & Maintain pest control activities.
