1. Present a full comprehension of the entire brand portfolio and product offerings along with price ranges
2. Establish and Maintain a good enduring professional relationship with all clients; Consultants, Design houses, Contractors, Developers, Owner representatives, etc
3. Complete a fully comprehensive presentation underlining; Company overview and history, Brand portfolio and history, References, Outline key project product lines
4. Conduct extensive follow-ups with the client to ensure all the requests are met in due time
5. Exhibit and maintain a high degree of business professionals throughout the entire sales cycle
6. Ensure a complete understanding of the goals and objectives in the project sales cycle and action plan
Project Sales cycle:
• Introduction meeting.
• Present our company and brand.
• Understand the client’s current project portfolio.
• Receive design and technical specifications from client
• Demonstrate a full understanding of the design schematics of the project
• The technical parameters of the project

• Submit alternative selection, based on

• Follow up and Negotiate
• Conduct extensive and professional follow-ups with the client to ensure our competency is maintained throughout the project and that all clients requirements are met
• Conduct proper respectable negotiation operations with the client
• Ensure receipt of payment and delivery of product;
• Ensure that payment is received in due time to abide by the delivery deadline
• Follow up internally with the purchasing department to ensure products are delivered to clients prior to delivery deadlines
• Maintain a valued professional relationship with the client; ensuring further reliance and cooperation with our organisation
• Continuously, report all project data and key information Project Sales Manager and Marketing director.
• Continuously, establish New clients and leads.
