Job Description:
• Revise and ensure the quality of the data collected from the field
• Monitor field agent’s performance and apply evaluation methods
• Utilize all available communication methods to contact different healthcare professionals and target clients in order to assure field agents’ compliance to guidelines and regulations
• Prepare comprehensive and detailed performance reports, evaluations, and quality assessments for each field agent
• Communicate with all departments to achieve quality optimization

Job Requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Accountability and responsibility
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to work with a diverse population and different backgrounds
QUALIFICATIONS:
• .1+ 1 years’ experience is same job or fresh
• 2. Professional in English verbal and written communication skills.
• 3. Professional in office (Excel & Word)
• 4. GUC or MIU graduates only
